Utah, who went on to start ‘Keeping Memories Alive’, a very successful company in the scrapbook industry. This
industry has been around for about twenty-five years and has flourished a great deal in the last four years, and
continues to keep growing steadily.
Scrapbooking has undergone many changes in the last few years. Scrapbooks are not
merely just books with a few pictures, prom tickets, or labels anymore. They are now sophisticatedly designed
memory books with stylish accessories.
Scrapbooking is also considered an art by some people and has grown into a billion
dollar business. In the United States alone, the scrapbooking business has recorded business worth $2.25 billion
per year. To add to these figures, many people are starting their own scrapbooking business.
