You can present the various activities in life of the concerned person in the format of a collage. This breaks the monotony of the scrapbook pages and the scrapbook grabs the attention of the viewer.

Collages make the scrapbook look very stylish. While making the collage you must remember that the fixing has to be done temporarily till you are satisfied with the end product. Once it is ready you can start the final sticking.

 Photograph Mosaic is a very distinct way of inserting photographs in the scrapbook. The photos are cut into evenly shaped squares and then glued onto the page with equal spacing between the pieces. This gives the picture a widened effect, which in turn looks very stylish. This can be glued either on to a contrast background or on to same colored background.

A page with an antique finish look makes the page look amazingly striking and adds a lot of character and maturity to the scrapbook. The easiest way to get this effect is to rub sand paper on the page and leave it a little roughened. You can rub chalk on the edge of the pages and give it a colored effect. You could work on a contrast color scheme or same color scheme to beautify the page
